Reservation Contract
Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. However, YOUR RESERVATION IS A CONTRACT, so please carefully read and understand the terms below, before continuing.
Occupancy
Overcrowding is not permitted. Our one bedroom cabin accommodates a maximum of 2 people and our two bedroom cabin accommodates 4 people. Children/toddlers/babies are counted as people.
Smoking/Pets
All cabins are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. There is a $250 fee for smoking/pets in our cabins. Re: Service animals. Per the 2013 Revised New Mexico Service Animal Act, service animals must be trained in specific tasks directly related to an individual’s disability, such as guiding people who are blind, pulling a wheel chair, or alerting someone of a seizure. Specifically, a Service Animal does NOT include pets, emotional support animals, comfort animals or therapy animals, which do not perform tasks related to an individual’s disability. Parking
Each cabin has a limited number (either 1 or 2) parking spaces. RV’s, campers, trailers, buses, etc. are not allowed at any cabin.
Substitution
In the event that the property reserved become unavailable for any reason, we will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate you in a comparable or superior cabin. If no alternative cabin is available that is suitable to your needs, we will refund all payments in full.
Deposit
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of your proposed stay is required. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card or Discover. The balance is due at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
We charge a $75 Cancellation Fee. You may cancel this reservation any time up to 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival and receive a refund of your deposit, minus the cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 14 days, the deposit is forfeited.
Please Note: There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, whether it be for reasons of sickness, family emergency, travel or weather difficulties. Therefore WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE.

Other
Minimum night stay varies depending on season. Rates are subject to change prior to booking.
Office Hours
Sunday – Thursday 9 -6 Friday – Saturday 9 – 8. Hours will change during the summer months. 9-8 daily. Check-in time can vary between 3-5pm based on seasonal trends. Check-out is at 11 AM. We will accommodate late arrivals with notice. Late check-out must be approved prior to check-out date, fees may apply.
